The 27-storey signature tower design comprising Corporate Designer Suites is innovatively designed to be energy efficient, to optimize natural daylight but shielded from direct sunlight, particularly the hot western sun.

There will be 3 levels of retail outlets and other leisure activities which can service and enhance the work environment.  The design will feature generous glazed facades at the lower levels for window displays, whereas the upper level façade will compliment the signature tower to project an integrated appearance.   The central plaza will be semi-enclosed, a design feature which will assist in heat dissipation upwards, and draw airflow at the lower levels, thus creating natural cross ventilation and a pleasant breeze.

The Icon Mont’ Kiara lies between Persiaran Dutamas and the new Duta-Ulu Klang Expressway (DUKE) in Mont ’ Kiara.
